Happy Heavenly Birthday Angel Jacob!..You forever have changed my soul. Knowing you has been one of the most humbling experience that I have experienced in my life time. Your eyes, your smile and your disposition could melt fire. I have never been on my hands and knees praying for any human being as much as I was for you. Although God did not answer my prayers as I prayed for, you reached my soul and taught me what a true "Child of God" is. I watched for weeks that turned into months, a long and battling disease that ravished your body....but did not ravish your spirit that still lives on earth. I watched while so many tears were shed and lucky enough to watch so many of those tears be replaced with joy. Although living here on earth without you is most difficult..you have shown me that your energy is still alive. I have watched how so many grew to love God more, do random acts of kindness more, give and do more for their neighbor, bring many new friendships together that will last a life time and most of all bring hundreds of people together in prayer and to live with Hope...all because of you! When I sometimes think that our God took you home early because all of the wonderful things I have seen, I can't help but think how unfair....but I know our God does not make mistakes and we must never question his actions. When I see a cardinal, frog, a rainbow or triplets I will forever be reminded of your sweet face and all that your homecoming brought. Continue to fly with the angles little one, until we can meet face to face.

Favorite Foto Friday...Messy Space/ Disordelry Conduct!

Hello All,

This Fridays theme is Messy Space or disorderly conduct and this is what we came up with. Since Jonathan is at an age that has to be watched closely, we don't have to many of him being messy or being disorderly. This is what we came up with.....here Mom turned around for a minuet and since he now wants to experience "building a tower" with everything, he chose to get what was in their pantry within reach....and it was cookies boxes this time. Our boy is so proud of himself when he "builds a tower". It is priceless to watch him stack soda cans and cat food cans from our pantry. It's even more funny because he has to use every soda can and or cat food can. He can't just use 3 or 4. :)

Well, yes...if you guessed what the last picture is..you are probably right..A BROKEN FLAT SCREEN TV! Our boy, about 6 weeks ago through a water bottle at it and cracked the screen..only to be told it is not fixable under the warranty. OUCH!..yes a very expensive TV sitting there waiting to be replaced. Mom said she wanted to take a picture right then..but was to upset to do so. Thank goodness his throwing stage is becoming a thing of the past. I would say very much so that this falls under "disorderly conduct". :)

Favorite Foto Friday .."PJ's!

Here is our boy in his Pj's. Looking through these pictures makes me realize that our baby boy is growing so fast. My goodness, most of these pictures seem like forever ago because he has gotten so big..but most were taken in the last year. If I would go out and buy him clothes as of right now..I would buy him a size 2t...and that my friends makes me very, very sad just thinking about it. He fits just right in 24 mo..so I guess I better get ready for the new adventure....bye, bye to baby clothes....and hello to little boy clothes~ YUCK! ..is all I can say. :)

Favorite Foto Friday."Spring Has Sprung"

Hello All!

I know I am one day late..but I thought better late than never. :)
I want all of you to know that it is so hard to get good pictures of our baby boy.
He is now on the move CONSTANTLY. The only time he stops is when he is sleeping.
"He Goes Till He Drops" as they say is very true. :)
Here are some pictures from this week....in the park which is Jonathan's favorite place to go.
I don't know what we are going to do when it gets even hotter than it is right now. It is so hard to stay very long now because here in Florida although the days are beautiful and warm..they get warmer and warmer from here on out until it is unbearable to play in the park.

Mommy and Daddy can not believe that you are 15 today. It does not seem possible that it has been that long since I held you for the first time. I can't begin to tell you all that you have taught me, for the better. You have taught me to persevere in every situation that I have been challenged with. The love, protection and admiration that I feel for you can never be explained in words. You have taught me that no matter what..there is "light" at the end of the tunnel and that God's Grace is sufficient in the most troublesome of times. When everybody no longer had hope for you and tried to convince me that your future had no life, I dedicated without complaint to persevere and make you who you are today. You are a boy who loves life, loves people, is now manageable at home, a pleasure to be around and never quits smiling. You are a boy that tries hard to over come every obstacle you have been challenged with...and without a doubt are most social for a boy who has Autism. I love you MaMa with all my heart!

Today's theme was not hard to follow at all...because I have so many pictures of my children's "eyes." Although it is getting harder and harder for my older ones to stand still long enough for me to get a good and long look in theirs, I am glad I have so many taken on previous days. ...and yes as Sarah said, they are "windows to the soul" and can speak so much louder than words.

"HE HAS RISEN INDEED"!

Hello All,

This weeks theme is "Easter Memories" and oh how a whole year has gone by so quickly. These are a few of many of our "baby boy" who has grown so much and so quickly. The very first one may not "picture" to be to exciting but it is very special to me.. If you look closely you can see that there is a cross behind our baby boy in his carrier. Each year all the members of our church bring flowers to adorn it, which of course represents that "HE HAS RISEN". I have a picture

of my children each year since their birth by the very same cross..and I can't tell you as I age and look back at the pictures how it fills my heart with joy to see them. I know all to well from experience that very soon I will have many more to add to my "treasure".

Thanks SBP!..It was a wonderful surprise to open the mail box and find a surprise.
Jonathan is going to LOVE his new phone. I can't wait until he wakes up so I can give it to him. He loves ELMO...and I know he is going to smile....and thankyou so much for the cookies. These are the ones I always pull off the shelf and eat while I'm grocerie shopping when I just have to have a cookie. I laughed when I saw them. I said to myself, how does she know I like theses cookies? Thanks so much again! ...You made my day! :)
