Hello All
Yes, we are getting closer and closer to the big day. We are so excited that Jonathan will finally be Baptized. For those of you that don't know, the big day is Sept. 9th. It has been a long 6 months, but now that the summer is winding down and everyone is back from vacation, it is time for us to celebrate Jonathan being welcomed into the kingdom of God. This has always been a big celebration day in our family. What better reason to have a party then to witness a new baby entering God's family? The invitations have been sent, the flowers have been ordered and the Godparents gifts have been bought. We are all waiting with anticipation of a beautiful day beginning with Jonathan dressed in white with a white lace blanket that each of my children used on their Baptism Day. I will beam with pride as Jonathan is wrapped in it too on his special day. It will also be a another celebration. It will be my Moms 10th anniversary of her Heavenly Birthday. Although it will be a bittersweet day we are so happy Mom is healed from Cancer and no longer in pain. Jonathan will be baptized within minuets of when God called Mom home. The day Mom entered the Kingdom Triumphant I assumed every year on that day would be sad. No one could tell me 10 years later that on that day I would be so happy and proud. Please pray with our family and the Godparents that we continue to take Jonathan to God's house, teach him the The Lords Prayer and the Ten Commandments and to know how wonderful it is to have a relationship with God. I can't wait to share pictures with you of our little angel in white!
"There is one Body, one Spirit, one Faith, one Baptism; one
God and Father of all"
Ephesians 4:4-6
Until next time...

Oh, how exciting! I can't wait to hear about and see pictures?!
I'm sure it's going to be a perfect and glorious day!
Good luck, I will be thinking of you, Jonathan is gorgeous! I remember at Brendas baptism she kept shouting across the church aisle to my dad (she was 11 months old)
Amy -
I didn't know you had a blog, too!! My dad's wife told me about it so I had to check it out. :) So I put a link to your blog from our site - I hope that is okay!
